Each hat is a step-by-step process!
When inquiring about your custom order, it is best to use a soft tape measurement, not your standard hat size (If you have questions regarding this, do not hesitate to ask, your hatter will show you). It's also best to send a couple [selfie style] pictures of your face from the front, side view, and if possible, overhead. These steps allow your hatter to build your hat according to his blocks and ensures the most comfortable fit.
Next is choosing your preferred hat color. Keep in mind, NOT EVERY COLOR IS LISTED. If you have a specific color in mind that you do not see, your hatter will work diligently to source one for you, if possible.
Shape is next, if you do not have a predetermined shape, your hatter will walk through the process with you to find the best style for your features/discipline, and one that you are satisfied with. Replicas from pop culture are also available. Always remember, YOUR HAT WILL BE BUILT THE WAY YOU WANT IT!
Based on your choice of hatband, you are shown a variety of different colors, widths, and styles that will compliment you and your new hat.
*Before starting your custom order, a minimum down payment of half the total cost must be made. This Down Payment is Non-Refundable. After that payment is made, you may pay as you can. The hat will not ship until it is payed in full.
At the end of the day, Custom means CUSTOM! There are countless options for you to choose from, and you can rest assured that your hatter will build you a hat that feels like it truly belongs to you!
