The "Horseshoe" is a shape from a by-gone era, taking hat-world by storm in the 1950s, this style slowly faded into the background as more popular shapes seemingly took over. However, in modern day the Horseshoe is making its comeback, and rightfully so. 
 
The flaw in this hat is some minimal stiffener marks at the base of the crown, in the back, mainly covered by the ribbon, but are still visible. Certainly a flaw that you have to "look for", but it is there.
